We all stress about different things. Stress is your body's way of responding to any kind of demand or threat. Stress kicks in when your body senses danger and is your body's way of protecting you. The issue though with stress is that it is dangerous to both our mental and physical health.

NüYü is a team of teens dedicated to empowering the educational community with mindfulness stress coping strategies. We have identified the pressing problem of stress globally and are working towards creating a safe environment for the educational community to thrive.
