An apiary is a location where beehives of honey bees are kept. Apiaries come in many sizes and can be rural or urban depending on the honey production operation. Rewilding bees, means reconnecting them to the wilderness, and drastically changing our thinking about beekeeping.

About Cameron Nielsen

Cameron Nielsen is an award-winning documentary filmmaker based in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is dedicated to telling environmentally and socially conscious stories. Cameron has published films with L.A. Times Short Docs and PBS "Truly CA." His films have been screened at festivals such as Mountainfilm and Wild & Scenic. Cameron is a freelance cinematographer for organizations such as Business Insider, AJ+, and Washington Post. He is a Part-107 certified drone pilot. Cameron holds a master's in documentary filmmaking from the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism.
