In school, we are taught the fire safety technique "Stop, Drop, and Roll" at a young age to prevent fires. Traditionally, schools have not taught a formal safety plan for suicidal thoughts. Now every student, teacher, and administrator can easily implement a safety plan with the "L.I.F.E. Saver" tool.

L.I.F.E. Saver

The #SameHere Global Mental Health Movement is a 501c3 founded by 15-year professional sports executive, Eric Kussin, bringing together athletes, celebrities, and expert practitioners to normalize the conversation around mental health by sharing stories of their life challenges. 

They have created the #SameHere Movement to spread the message of openness and acceptance related to mental health, because 5-out-5 of us are all fighting our own unique, but often similar, battles.
